I am trying to post an event on the secondlife website. When I try to select the location in the drop down box, only 2 of the coordinates show up, ie : My Club in my location (64, 71) Then when I try to post it requests the Z coordinates. I can not find any option to set it in the event posting setup. My land does have a TP point set up. Anyone have any suggestions what I can do?

You may be having some land issues. You need to go to the support link and put in a ticket to get that fixed, I believe. YOU can also try to move your landing point a little bit over and see if the new location registers correctly.

Found the reason. The event posting won't recognize a height over 768 meters, and since my club is at 1000 meters it won't work. The solution recommended by LL is a landing point lower and a TP to the club.

That thing doesn't recognize adult-flagged sims, either, throwing an error stating you can't post mature events on PG land... Methinks the event-posting site is in need of major overhaul. The big question is, does LL care?

Methinks the event-posting site is in need of major overhaul. The big question is, does LL care? Oh sure they do. First they will invite all kinds of "dialogue" and "feedback" about what we want in an event posting process. Then they will proceed to create a new system that breaks even more features and includes nothing discussed in the "dialogue" and "feedback," that obviously was their original plan all along. Then they will post metrics about how much more efficient the new system is and how the use is greatly increased.
