I submit a ticket, LL replies that they are unable to help me since I have a basic account. I cannot increase my credit on my account to purchase lindens. Paypal used to work just fine but now does not. I've tried changing to a CC and it does not work either.
Is there a site-wide problem or is it just me? Why doesn't LL take care of user problems when they are basic? Do I have to pay $9.95/month just to be ABLE to pay them for lindens???!!!11BBQ

Make sure that you pick the ticket type "Special questions - basic account or guest login" so that your ticket isn't automatically rejected. In the next menu, "Lindex tier review" should be one of your options. You might call billing, if the phone call is convenient to you.

You were "born" 2 months ago, how long ago did you first buy any L$?
Take a look at the trading limits on https://secondlife.com/currency/describe-limits.php - if the blue/purple-ish highlight is on a column under the "New Resident" header, then you simply need to wait a bit longer before you'll be able to buy L$ again. You can check your remaining US$/L$ trading limits at https://secondlife.com/currency/buy.php (right-side, "Your Balances"  . |

Have you checked PayPal's limit? It defaults to $250/month.

..it says my limit is $2500/30 days.. I'm no where near that. You are definately at 'Level 1'..? When did you reach level 1..if it was very recently (today/yesterday) it may just be a system delay..and catch up ..tomorrow..on the other hand it may not be..  |

I should've been at Level 1 for a couple weeks at least.. I passed 27 days from first transaction about 1 month ago.. and I haven't max'd paypals $250 limit, either.. It won't even allow me to transfer the minumum $25..
we'll see, hopefully LL gets back to me.. it's just a made a deal to buy land today and needed the L's to get it before its gone  |
