Maybe George Bush's alt is building that border fence he's been talking about.

Hmm, it's a graphical glitch, I've been noticing 'water flicker' where the shiny new shader-based water flicks between being visible and invisible either everywhere or in limited sections, is very distracting. If you adjust the camera angle even slightly then it will probably go away, but I've yet to find a way to reliably reproduce it so it can be bug-reported/put on the JIRA.

Does anyone know if the shader-water is affected by occlusion culling? If so then it could be related to that.

What is occlusion culling?

To reproduce this to me is easy .... I just go very far in angle with cam and I look at opposite side then I move the camera in height rotation around the point that I have taken very far or in center of sim ..... then the glithces present there
....

Occlusion culling is a feature that attempts to remove objects in a scene that are blocked by other objects and thus can't be seen. So for example, if you are standing next to a 20m high wall, then objects on the other side of that wall will be culled, which improves rendering performance since the viewer won't try to render objects you can't see.
