Does anyone know of good quality skins for kids? I see so many cute skins in stores on the models, but I can't find them. I'm at my wits end LOL.

several skin-makers who had kid skins, recently closed up shop due to fears of vigilante action/ LL sanction.

There's still a few out there brave enough to sell them. I can't think of any offhand. Look for kids malls. (if they still exist).. or ask Mari. Mari knows everything.

Robin Sojourner has a nice selection of very cute children's skins and clothing, I believe. Her store was in Serenite, last I checked.

Robin Sojourner was the maker I was thinking of .. but not Serenite LOL
For the life of me I can't remember the sim name. Is Serenite their main shop then?

added: Sally!! Livingtree of course! LOL You just saved me tearing out the remainder of my hair ;)

And Robin has these special winter skins now, too-with reddened noses and cheeks (darned cold!) that look great with winter clothing and in the snow!

You can't go just by the search. I know for example that Porto Venero, a charming Italian village which was in Curlew Waters is alas no more but still comes up in search :(

I like the one I got from Hucky something (Sorry, I can't remember the rest of the maker's name) in A Boy's Place mall. For girls' skins I don't know.

And FYI - Robin's skins are strictly G-rated. They come either wih permenantly affixed panties/underpants (panties version) or with absolutely no detailing below the belt line (doll version).

/me giggles

You'll find skins and shapes for boys and girls at Kick The Can in the Livingtree sim. Look for the place dat looks like a school building.

While I do not make skins specifically for kids, all my skins have a No Makeup option which a lot of kid avs seem to like. A few of them are younger in appearance too.

check my sig for the landmark if youre interested :)

Exactly! While I'm not exactly a normal kid at the moment, but rather kid sized and being michievous (just check http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Borrible for what exactly I am), I just had to get one of these skins-it looks so much like RL me in the cold!

How cool-I didn't know about that! It's going straight to my RSS feeds!

Thank you all for your replies! Charlotte, thank you, I have even looked for adult skins with no makeup, they're hard to find. I will check them out.

Check the AV store across form Kick The Can, when you check those kid skins (assuming you do) and you'll find Robin's adult avatar skins -- she has a "no makeup" there which is great. :-)

Androgine Skins in Dubya City makes an interesting nice skin for teen boys/neko types.
