i recently started a group and it disappeared? shouldnt i get my 100l back ?

You need to have more than one person in your group. With only one person, the group gets deleted after a few days.

How do I create my own group?

Can't find the perfect group for you? Create your own and bring your friends into it! Creating a group is simple to do. Keep in mind, though:

* Group creation costs L$100.
* A group must maintain at least 2 members.
* Any group that has less than 2 people for 48 hours will be disbanded.

Why was my group disbanded?

Because it only had a total of one member for 48 hours. This can be a result of two possible scenarios:

* You created a group and nobody joined it within 48 hours.
* Everybody else in your group except you left the group for 48 hours.

We have all done some kind of oops when we were new (or not so new), so you are not alone...

Not an expensive mistake

Only problem is you won't be able to start a new group with exactly the same name....

If you want a group...and want to ensure that it stays intact, I would create an alt account and then you will always have at least 2 members...you and, well....um....you!

I have just had the same problem .I think it should state you have 48hours to get another group member when you create the group.The other problems here is you cannot recreate your group once deleted because sl seems to hold the name.Now the group that was going to be for my customer support is dead and cannot be recreated.

Just be glad you did not buy land for the group. It would be gone as well.

if you loose your land because of this sl will sell it back to you for 0l$ if you post a support ticket I found this out while trying to find out where my group had gone.

It does not do this but did and less it does not do it anymore due to a bug or something send you a message to say the group is going to be dispanded due to lack of members (or words to that effect) when the 48 hours was nearly up.

But if you have not logged in for 48 hours from when the group was created I think you will not see/get that meesage.

Edit: Oops, figs you beet me to it.
Just think yourself lucky that you did not have any land deeded to that group or you would of lost that too.
