Unfortuantely no matter how bad he treated you, you're in the wrong when you start posting his name on the forums. I'd edit that out of my post. I have been "robbed" by many residents since I've been on SL. It sucks, but the Lindens tend to turn a blind eye to these kinds of things.

Edit your post and remove his name, regardless of what he has done, it is best advised and also against the forums TOS to publish names in a post.
