I can log any of my alts and my girlfriends account and her alts, all on this machine, just not me as Max, the one who has the paid account and a hefty tier. Crashes right at he end of the "precache". My girlfriend even saw me as online then boom...desktop.
I logged in an Alt with no issues what so ever. Tried numerous log ins that all worked.
Same machine.
Probably wont get this resolved for days due to the Lindens trying to fix everything else.

Does Max have a lot more inventory than the others that work from your machine? Or is he much more elaborately dressed/scripted than the others? If so, try an empty sim, Hahne or something.

Max has years worth of inventory, probably wearing shorts and a Hawaiian shirts he makes and sells, he is all paid up, had his cache cleared and all that.
If others can log in with the same computer then Max should be able to too.
