I've used prepaid visas to buy L before but the last two times I've tried it wouldn't let me..
Have they changed it so that they can't be used?

For the most part yes. But I am currently using a Green Dot Visa Bought at wal Mart and issued by GE Money Bank. They do require that you provide RL info. But it has worked for me the past year.

Mine says, issued by Citizens bank of Canada.. I bought it at Sobeys.. Do you catogorize it under Visa or Visa electron?

Meh, I'll try to figure it out.. Each failed try so far has cost me a dollar and yet it wont let me purchase L? I don't understand it.

Have those dollars shown up on your statement? If they were done in the past couple days, you may not get charged them. Many places will use a $1 charge to check that the account is active then cancel the charge a few days later.

They're showing up on my balance right now. It might of been when I switched my account information. Though that should mean the card would work and it's not.

i have used "wirecard" in the past *they also have their own support island ("wirecard"  in sl .
