Looking for collar scripts...

I am looking for collar scripts that I can buy or get full perm to put in jewelry/collars I'm making. Could anyone help me out and let me know? I found one set that was free and full perm, however they appear to be one of those "to good to be true" things. The leash does not work when doing the command. But I do know about a script that has been released full perms to try save a lot of people being ripped off:

There was a guy that use to go around approaching store owners and making out he was leaving SL and would sell this script full perms so "his work" could live on in SL for many, many Lindens....he funded many sims through such a scam so the rumour goes.

So a couple of people got together and worked on the script to release it to try stop him in his tracks.

I am sure it needs some adapting and "playing" with. But it could be a good base for what you are looking for.
