I cannot hear streaming music on my parcel. Not even my tenants can hear it. I'm guessing this might have to do with the region or something itself since my neighbor cannot either.
All of the options in my preferences are correct.
Just don't get it ._.

I suppose you have verified that you have a working stream url in the media settings for the parcel? Music urls do get changed and stop working.

Go to a place that you know has music streaming. If you can hear it then it is your region with the issue. Put in a ticket to Linden LAB for a retsart.
