I just been browsing a site called "Overheard in London", where people report amusing things they have heard ( mostly, it seems, on trains and buses).
Its nearly Friday, and recent threads have all been serious.
I have heard the following in SL :
Avy A: Swe******ts is a good place to pick up guys.
Avy B: Really?
Avy A: Yeah, the lag is so bad they can't run away
( Avy passes by )
Avy C: and it takes so long to rez that by the time they realise they don't fancy you - its too late.
and...
X: Where you from?
Y: New Zealand, but I live in England now
X: What made you leave New Zealand?
Y: Nothing but whores and Rugby players there
X: Really! my wife is from New Zealand.
( long pause.......... )
Y : What team did she play for?
What have you overheard in SL that amused you?

It's a dilapidated building with sex pose balls all over the place, a server room on fire, the customer service desk in the washroom and an expansive CEO office with giant sex bed.
