There should be a row of blue buttons on the right at http://secondlife.com/support - live chat should be one of them. Are you logged in at the web site with the right avatar?

yes and its not there .. that's what I thought.. and all my alts are premium as well as my wife's AV really odd!
Ticket in can't believe it .. wonder if it has to do with the Adult stuff .... EDIT:::: low and behold it popped up after I submitted a ticket! _____________________
