Thank you for contacting XM.

We have received your email and we certainly understand your concern. Independently XM Radio Online is not compatible with your Second Life application. However, if the Second Life application is compatible with Windows Media Player then the possibility exists that you may be able to enjoy the XM Radio Online service in your Second Life Residence.

To find out whether or not you are able to link the two applications (Windows Media Player and Second Life) we recommend that you contact the developers of Second life. Alternatively, you may also contact Microsoft at www.microsoft.com.

To logon to XM Radio Online through Windows Media Player, please follow the steps provided below:

Open "Windows Media Player"
Select "View"
Select "Online Stores"
Select "XM Satellite Radio" from the list of online stores and proceed by entering your username and password.

If we can be of further assistance, please feel free to send an additional email or you may contact a Listener Care Representative directly at 1-800-XM RADIO (800-967-2346).

Ok - anyone know if Second Life application is compatible with Windows Media Player?

No, unless things have changed. I think there's a way around this problem though. Maybe someone will come by to explain further.

Here's a thread to look over while you wait. ;)
