Earlier today at around 1:00pm SLT, well on the 14th, my landladys island disappeared for about two hours! When it came back, everything that the landlady had placed out in the previous four hours was gone! She wants to know why/how this happened & how to get inventory back. Now we all know lost inventory never reappears, but any ideas on the isle going awol?

She tried calling but they only want to speak to the island owner who's away. She's not listed as owner, maybe that's why she can't or maybe their closed now? Not sure on that!

When I listen to this, I get a feeling that something happened with the server that ran the isle and that they had to roll back to an backup.
These things can happen, but if this was the case it would surely be nice to give notice of it (specially as we talk here about a private sim if I understand well).

Yup it's a private island, owner is away on holiday! Convenient huh lol Thanks all & I bet it was something like you said Morwen, would be nice to get informed I agree!
