I opened a new stall yesterday and rezzed a HippoVend vendor, but when my alt tried to buy something from it he got a message saying there had been a communication failure. I sent him to my main store, where he could buy stuff no problem.
So to see if it was a land issue, I rezzed another vendor in my main shop - and he couldn't buy from that either. So I reset the server, and updated all the vendors. Everything seemed to go through fine - but now he gets this message whatever vendor he tries to buy from.
I've IMed Hippo staff and will wait to hear from them, but thought I'd ask here too as now all of my shops are effectively closed, and I'm sure some people here may know the answer!
