Can't stop running Avatar

I can't get my avatar to stop running. I have un-x'ed the places that have 'always run' and 'tap-tap to run'. I have completely undressed myself down to bare bones and am still running. I have a new keyboard (HP) but it was in use for at least two weeks before I started running all the time. I have teleported to different sims and my friends see me running. What have I done or what key could I have pushed to make myself run?

I have used an AO to see if that would help but it didn't make any difference.

My alt does not run and she is using the same viewer and same keyboard. Would the settings change from player to player on the same viewer?

What happens when you sit down? Have you tried sitting then getting up? this is a new one on me. I presume you've relogged. What happens when you actually try to run?

Do you mean that no matter what you do, your av appears to run, even while standing in place?

Or do you mean that no matter what you do, when you move your av, she runs instead of walks?

For the former: Try World/Stop All Animations. If that doesn't work, try touching a Stop All Animations scripted prim. If that doesn't work, try logging off, clearing cache, and re-logging.

For the latter: Hit CTRL+R. It toggles run mode on and off.

She runs when she should be walking.

Tonight I will clear cache and try the CTRL + R and see if that helps. Thank you.

when you are inworld .. go into the top of your screen

click on world
the second one down says always run

unclick that .. (so it does not have an X next to it)

and you should stop running.
