My co-owner was on vacation when the moves happened and only one Group Member could do the thing anyway. So right now, I own all 2048 sm of our parcel. On the mainland, we each owned 1024 sm, and the land was group owned. My question is, do I just deed the land to the Group to get my partner's land back to him???

Or do we have to somehow sell it to the group...and if so, how do we do that with all the stuff on it without having to return it all??

If there are other members of the group, but only my partner and I are group owners, is the land just owned by us two and we only pay the tier payments? I have no liabilities set up for any other group members except for us two, so I think that takes care of that, right?

The Zindra land is set for sale (at L$0) to the group member who submitted the ticket. If you ' bought' it in your name, just deed it to group.
I used Buy for Group to pick up my land, but deed ing after buying in your name should work as for normal land transactions.
The tier won't kick in for (at least) 2 weeks.

The Group Info / Land and L$ was borkked for me after the Zindra pickup. I think that it was borked for everyone - and some people lost track of how much group land they had.
Now I see that they have changed the listing method so that the Zindra land is listed as "0 / x" .. where x is the area of the temporarily tier-free Zindra land.
