Does anybody else see this?
go to Search/Places enter "furniture" make sure only "PG" is checked off hit search ...look closely at results, you'll find neva naughty and some orgy rooms. ...look more closely and you'll find lots of stuff on "Mature" sims. so much for fencing out the smut  |

Be patient.
The "smut" has just started to be fenced out. My estimation is, that about 5% of the smut businesses found their place on the smut continent. For the others the outfencing will start after July 20th. Much time for a repetition of your test. _____________________

I'm not talking about stuff moving to zindra or not...
what i'm talking about is how searching for PG stuff returns results from Mature sims, and results that would under the old software have to be flagged as "contains mature content" in their "about land". |

Until the new viewer is totally rolled out and the new TOS been agreed to you are still going to see these results. Even then I bet people will try to do it but I am sure those that are anti porn will be having an AR fest  Patience and we will see the changes over the coming months, but its going to be a while yet as the moves are going painfully slow and until they are done LL will continue to let it happen as they have always done. Just my opinion though _____________________

ya untill you have the new viewer that shows adult rated lands i don't think you can even see those lands as anything but mature..even zindra land would show as mature in the 1.22 viewers..but i heard you could install and load up a new viewer 1.23.4 or whatever the latest one is in a separate folder of it's own and run it ..then change the search to show pg mature and adult in your preferences..then exit that viewer and go back to the 1.22 and it would show..
this is only hearsay but it sounds like it would work..i haven't tried it so i can't say for sure myself..so anyone wanting to try it may want to look it up and see if there is any real truth to it.. i'm in no hurry myself or i would have tested it  _____________________

That stuff is done by the server. No it excludes all parcels marked as "Mature content" and Adult land. Parcels on mature sims that have not been flagged as "Mature content" are deemed as PG for the purposes of search. |

I went in and sold a parcel (don't have that much time on anymore), Why is "Adult" in search greyed out so I can't chose it? You need the new viewer and you need to go to Edit, preferences. There you will find a drop down option for the content you want to find, if you don't select "Pg/Mature/Adult" then adult will remain greyed out. |
