I've been noticing issues with my sculpty shoes and boots since Havok 4 was released. Is this something that I can expect permanently? :(

*hopes they aren't mine*

I've only seen it once Honey. I saw a pair that look melted. Turned and looked back and they were fine.

I thought Havok 4 was just server side physics. Bounding spheres, collisions, flight, decline curves, that sort of thing. Sculpties should be 100% client side rendering.

Sculpties are, under the hood, spheres. While the image of them is a client side issue, the sphere it's built from has a bounding area and has physical impact. You shouldn't have issues with shoes, because they are attachments and attachments are phantom. It may be that your sculpty shoes are not being treated as a proper attachment.

If there is a problem with how sculpties look, that would be a viewer issue, not a sim issue. The only way it could possibly have anything to do with the sim is if the sculpt map wasn't being sent. Which given the issues lately is entirely possible. But Havok 4 most certainly has nothing to do with how sculpties are rendered. :)
