Hello!
Can anyone recommend a place where I could buy an animation that lets me jump on another avatar? (i.e. surprise my boyfriend by jumping on him from when he logs in)

Search places for Pounce - you'll find a few hits.
/me uses the couples animator by Abranimations - it does a whole lot of other anims too, so it costs a bit more than a straight pouncer. _____________________

The store "MEW" sells a pounce bracelet. If you search for "Rez-Foo", and go to the store that sells that rezzer, Mew has a store right across the shopping platform from that store.

Anything that tries to animate anybody requires permission.
If you're wearing it as an attachment/hud, permission to animate *you* is granted to the script automatically. It'll still do a blue pop-up for anybody else, though. _____________________

Quite. So to the OP: you may be able to pounce on your bf when he logs in, but you will not be able to surprise him with it.

She can still surprise him by clever chat, if the animators don't work off channel 0.. Chat:

I use the Meike "Hug and Kiss Animator Deluxe", and I like it very much. It's pricey though...around $L800 if I recall. Available on XStreet.
It includes a pounce animation. While it does send an animation request, it doesn't tell the recipient WHICH animation you have chosen. It just says, "Lindal Kidd's hug attachment is requesting permission to animate your avatar. Yes, or No?" So the pounce is still sort of a surprise, because I don't use it all the time. _____________________

I will second the recommendation for Meike "Hug and Kiss Animator Deluxe." The hug and kiss animations are new instead of the old free ones so they match up better. You can choose to use either the masculine or feminine animation for yourself. The jump hug and jump in arms animations are a big surprise too. Very cute. Your bf will never know if you are going to hug him, pounce him or jump in his arms.
