Hello! I've noticed a problem today where a scripted attachment will not work unless an owner of the land is in close proximty. I don't know how close, but just being on the same parcel is not enough. The land in question is group owned and I am a member of the group, but not an owner. The land properties are set so that anyone can run scripts. The attachment did work there a couple days ago. The problem is only with attachments. If I rez the item on the ground it works, as do other scripted items owned by myself and others. Because of the nature of the item I am limited in where I can test it, but I've done so in a couple of places. Only one tho' where the owner was available for testing.

Apparently what I was seeing was intended behavior of the attachment. I found that it just had to be any avatar present for it to work. I had previously tested it with only the owners. I then persuaded them to make me a group owner, and the thing still didn't work. I found out later when I invited another person over, that it didn't have to be an owner to make it work.
