Rug disappears from floor

I went out to explore with the new viewer and my new video card, and when I came back the oriental rug I have on my floor was gone. Just gone! It was there when I left....

I cleared cache and and relogged, but it's still not there. I know about things disappearing from Inventory, but off the floor?

What is going on?

Brava! You got it in one.... I disabled camera constraints and looked, and there it was....
