Camera and Movements Controls Locked

My camera and movement control floating windows have locked in place on my viewer screen, and I can't drag and move them to a different position. Has anyone else had this problem, and is there a way to free these windows up again.?

Hmmm... I don't use those, but what happens when you untick the menu settings, then retick? You can always ditch the settings.xml file in the Doc&Settings/User/AppData/SL folder (better yet move it and then log in to see if your issue is fixed).
