mmm Somewhere i saw in a post about this too.
Its seems to be something about sql injections , if you put some word than can be an sql injection the vBulletin block it and you cant post your message and show you the "you are not allowed to view this page" _____________________

a common one is the word select followed by some other word which I can not recall...
then... open...testing...trying....words... LOL it is select followed by the word f rom (no space) and it can be anywhere in the post as long as it is following the word select. _____________________

your best bet is to search land for sale and look at what parcels are selling for (avoiding the extremes lol) and then look at what land is selling for ($L per sq m) in your area and making an educated guess.
