If you call the published U.S. billing number, you are seamlessly redirected to the UK office. So the U.S. number is it.

Thanks Phil, it isn't made very clear. I am sure there used to be a UK number listed as did try myself once to get through but that I think was soon after the Brighton office opened.

What annoys me is that I have to pay for a phone call to the states to speak to someone in Gateshead...
Why not just give us an 0845 number? Better still an 0800 number |

Last time I called SL office the person who answered had very heavy
British sounding accent perhaps that is why it is the same UK location but number is in San Fransisco? _____________________

I think they Use Like Skype or Vonage type internet phone system.
