Hey everyone  hope everyone had a great christmas. Is there a problem with the forums tonight? I keep getting a cannot find website message, even just going to the next page in a thread. but when i reply, the reply gets posted, but I can't view it immediately, I have to go to the main page and back  ...help?! Is anyone else having problems? It could just be my computer throwing a hissy fit, but could you just let me know if i need to worry lol. Thankyou xxClairexx

I'm having the same issue. Between last night's crap, and today's forum crap, I can tell tomorrow is Friday...expect a rough weekend ahead.

try deleting cookies in your browser, and if you have a cable, or dsl modem try a unplug and plug back in reboot...we would hate for the lovely Claire to be out of contact, we would miss her, yes we would.

strangely I closed the window again and came back to find it is working fine. Glad to know i'm not alone lol. Though I would really hate for it to carry on over the weekend. I'll be so bored! Thanks Graph, I will try deleting cookies. Not on wired internet either and SL seems to be working fine so at least thats not going wierd on me (crosses fingers fervently hoping this does not change ) watch this now...I'll go to post this reply and it'll mess up on me again lol... EDIT: nope...fine yey! hehe

The odd thing is that I'm having trouble with both SL Forums and the main website (the forums are hosted elsewhere), and much less trouble at all other websites.

I had a bit of bother with the main site and the forums today, too, but only intermittently, and it went away again...then again, on Christmas day, my ISP ran into some trouble and I suddenly had an upload rate below a 1980s modem...THAT was fun in SL. Clicketyclick. Nothing happens. But the lag meter thing always said "network okay". Yeeeah.

Its started again.
This is so annoying lol. I can't reply! i hope this one gets through ok. Oh well. I might be able to read the threads lol.

Me, too... only here. My little swirly thing goes round and round and the pages take ages to load. Even when it seems to have loaded, the swirl keeps spinning. I don't keep many cookies in my browser - loading fine everywhere else. I was just about to ask the same question when I saw your post. Annoying, but I guess it'll go away eventually...
*edit: I just found a great trick to fix this - all you have to do is post in this thread and then, magically, everything goes back to normal!
