Is it possible to transfer objects from the teen grid to the main grid?

I want to get copys of my son's work but he can't switch to the main grid for a few years. Are there any scripts out there that would rebuild his objects on the main grid?

Good question - I do not know the answer, but some possible approaches might be:

1. Ask LL to give your son's account temporary access to the main grid.

2. You might be able to both log on to the beta grid - but it is probably unlikely.

Someone out there might have better ideas.

I don't think there is a way. I wonder how that would work though if a teen has many products sold on the teen grid maybe even a large store and then they became adults... do they lose it all? I'd definitely talk to the Lindens about it.

WOOT. I have a possible solution.... you could sell your son's items to yourself on SLX, assuming you can link up to SLX from the teen grid.

SLX cannot be accessed through the teen grid. No SLX sales to or from the TG.

The only (legitimate) options that I am aware of are to ask for the lindens to assist, or wait till he's 18 and he'll be transfered along with his inventory. Other than that, he could create an alt on the main grid and rebuild the objects from scratch. But that isn't a good idea, TOS violations and all that, so I wouldn't suggest it.

Yes, Upon turning 18, your account is moved from the Teen Grid to the main Grid. I have a friend, Will Szymborska who brought his car business over that way. I would say thats the only way, becoming 18.
