When I attach an AO that changes my walk, I'd like to see what the new animation looks like from the front and sides. I know how to control+alt to see my avatar from all sides, but as soon as I start walking, the camera view swings back behind me. Is there a way that you can adjust the camera view to see your avatar from the front while moving?

You can always go into Edit while the AO is attached and play the walking animation without actually walking. Understand?

Midori, With the Zhao, at least, if you just hit the down arrow, you do spin around and walk toward yourself. I'm not sure if all AOs do this, though.

It's not 100% reliable in a smaller space, but it usually cooperates if you hold down the shift key and walk in sort of a square (first to the right or left for a step or two, then toward the camera).

I usually get myself on a nice flat area like a beach, right click the ground a little way away and select sit. Then as my AV walks across to the point I've set for the sit, I can swing my camera round and see it walking from the front.

Brenda, Bradley, others, I'm glad this thread brought some new knowledge for you. When I first discovered the down arrow thing by accident, I was so excited, you'd have thought I had discovered fire.
