An Apology To My Customers!

I want to send out an apology to all my customers, I have been working for a week (or MORE) to get all my inventory switched from Hippo to Apez vendors. Wish I could say why, anyway.
I know it's taking me a LONG time and you probably think Ive forgotten about you, but thats the farthest thing from the truth!!!

I just want to let you know..that in between the severe weather and having to do EACH item individually again..you are all I think about!!!!

Please bear with me, it wont be much longer and I have to say..you will be pleasantly surprised , as most ALL of Badkatz items are now..half off..or even more!!!!!

Stay tuned for great sales, and great new items as always!!!!
The APEZ vendors that are up are working..so no worries there!!!!!

I put this here on res answers, because I know you cant say anything in any other thread..and I"ll check back here if you cant get ahold of me..storms, yano.

Why are you moving from Hippo to Apez?

Currently I am using Hippo for the sets I sell, but as I keep an eye on my script use, I see they are pretty high scripted. In time, I will switch to simple boxes with no script, to sell from. Since both my stores are on my HS sim, the lower the script use, the better, especially since there is a script limit coming.

Why can't you say why?

We use hippo as well, so are very curious if there's something we need to know about. If you don't feel like talking about it on the forum, any chance you could drop me a notecard in-world? I'd appreciate it.

Rha, yes I have group, sent out notice to them too, BUT, there are alot of people who buy from my resell vendors who arent in group. I just want everyone to know, Im so sorry for the problems.

Ive worked for a month on this and there was no way I could see around it. The vendors kept messing up, people werent getting their stuff, and I contacted the owner and did what he said. Nothing fixed it. Im probably an isolated case, so don't freak out if you have Hippos..lol. I used them for years without problems until now.

I just wish I could make it up to everyone faster! It's really slow work switching over, and I want to thank everyone for their patience.

edit to add:Rha, I havent been on much lately becuz of the storms, so I dont get my PM's, and havent had the chance to get to all my ncs..so thats why I wanted to post it

Actually I don't think you are an isolated case. I have a Hippo vendor in one of my shops that sells dance orbs made by a friend of mine. For about a week or two I was getting a number of IM's and notecards from people who'd paid the vendor but had not received anything. It appears to have fixed itself since then though.

Well, Zim, they lucked out then. I sure wish mine woulda fixed itself!
I really hate to use vendors as it is, but I have no choice since my items number almost a thousand.

sorry to hear that the vendors gave you issues, you have an awesome store and awesome stuff, and from experience and meeting you in world, I can see you care about your customers, I hope you get it all fixed, and hope the storms pass you by quickly
