Defendless Situation (Afraid of playing SL on main account)

I will explain it shortly. Got a false accusation again in less than 2 months i got 3 wearning, all 3 false in someway. I tried to explain in by tickets, but i find defendless cause it seems someone behind the customer support can't read my feedback. I would be more than pleased to know where i could refer, or which place i should visit to help out myself with this situation. Almost 2 years in SL, without any kind of problem, almost 2 years in peace, and i don't know whats going on, but right now while i write this lines i got a 1 week ban (acussation: SPAM) inexistant spam of course. And i cant defend myself about that.

There is a way, a place a number i could call? I did try to check everything but i am spanish and i am having troubles finding something.

If you look in 'people / search' you will see that there are some other residents with names very similar to yours. Is it possible that you have been banned by mistake instead of one of them?

Or, if you were in a crowded situation, could another resident have clicked on you to send an AR by mistake instead of someone standing next to you?

A constructive suggestion to LL here:
When we are filing an AR report, before it is sent in, could we have a pop-up that asks us:

'Are you sure you are reporting the correct person? Yes/No' ??

you could try calling them..there is a contact numbe ron the support page of www.secondlife.com I believe. Or possibly someone else would know a cheaper way as youre in spain.

When someone does fill an AR report, could you really check, if the accusations are true or not, before deciding to ban someone after reading someone's abuse that could just be a false acussation? I really find defendless... And i dont think there is way to fix all this. I am very unhappy with the situation. The next thing i am doing is moving all my Lindens and the stuff to one of my alt accounts, cause i am afraid that if a next time happen, i get my account cancelled, and no way back to retrieve it.

I'm supposing that the suspended account is a different name than the one posting here, so if there's name confusion, it's probably with that other account.

Curious if there was any additional information supplied about the "spam." This is a very broad category, and can be something a script is doing (e.g., a store greeting script "leaking" onto adjacent parcels, a lucky chair, club equipment or games that shout, or an attachment that issues unsolicited requests to others), or just the wrong IMs in the wrong group. What I'm concerned about is the possibility that you or a scripted object you own could actually be spamming without it even being known to you.

Yes, i can't post with the other account in this forums, cause its not activated. That ironic, if u research help from the Lindens, if you dont have another act your messed up. Well about owning some objects, etc. I am not a newbie at all, and i am pettry sure, i dont have any kind of script spamming inworld, indeed i dont posess lands, or bussines atm.

I am not sure, but, yesterday a couple of hours ago, i was quitting from a BDSM group (which name im not gonna mention) cause i was already experiencing with that world in my SL, but i decided to quit, so before quitting i did open the GroupChat, and said the next line->

xxxxxxelling an Akaesha's Ornate Cross. Valued in 1299L$ for just 900L$. I am getting rid of it. First contacting me, and paying, gets it.

I was trying to get rid of this item, indeed, no one did complain about my 'advertisement' thought someone in that would would have an use of it, cause its a really must-have in there. Any help or hint on this would be appreciated. Thank you.

PS: In that Group is allowed those kind of 'advertisements' if they arent mean to spam shops, and stuff.

The Linden did review my ticket, and finally i feel that someone does listen in there. Thanks all those who were around, reading and commenting at my post.
