is there a setting one can change to make TPing available when the reorbiting issue makes accessing the screen or client tools impossible to access?

Sorry 3Ring - the word is recurring. Can't help myself when it comes to this particular word. I pointed this out to my C.O. one day when I was on active duty and he was in a particularly pissy mood - I was banished from the bridge for almost a week!
