Selling Land Including Objects ?? - Help Plz

I am going to buy a moderate sized parcel of land. There's lots of objects on it. The seller has agreed to include all Copy/Transfer items in the sale price. There are also some No Copy/No Transfer items on the land.

Most of the Copy/Trans objects are landscape items that I would just like to have where they are now rather than buying them seperate and having to put them in place from my inventory

The seller doesn't want to have to go through all the items to identify and remove the No Copy /No Trans stuff.

SO: If he sets the "sale to include objects", will the sale go through with the ownenrship of the Copy/Trans stuff transferring to me and all the No Copy/No Trans Stuff being returned to him???

After the sale with "objects also sell" checked, or whatever that language is, all objects stay on the land. All that can be transferred will be in your name and on that land. Those items that cannot transfer will not be in your name, but will still be on the land. If you wish to keep those non-transfer items on your land you will have to allow items to stay on your land (i.e., do not turn on auto-return). If you want to quickly return all of the seller's no-transfer stuff, turn on auto-return and the no-transfer stuff will be returned.
