I think so, and if you don't get other answers, I will send you the info when I get inworld tonite. One of my residents lives in France. On her land, she has 2 clocks, one that shows the time in France (so her SL friends will know what time it is, for her) and one right next to it that shows the SL time. Perhaps that 2nd clock of hers would help you. Then again, she may have made it. I'll check for you tonite if you don't get any other ideas here in your thread.

/me has seen several watches that are just plain evil. Sure, they look good, sorta, but they're 200 prims, each prim emitting a huge light source, and doing lots more than one update per second.

Please, please, before you buy one of these, take a look at it in-world with local lights enabled (in Preferences->Graphics, advanced) and with Advanced->Show Updates on.

The coolest clock in SL:

https://xstreetsl.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=item&ItemID=1339894

If you want in-world (SL time, San Francisco time), touch San Francisco on the globe. You'll also get the weather there :) It automatically adjusts for daylight savings anywhere in the world.

Disclaimer: I made it :)

I realise now I wasn't clear on the type clock I needed. That was my fault.

The type clock I was looking for does not show any real world time zones..not PST..CST..or EST. I was looking for one that shows the day cycle within SL.The same time you would see if you selected "World","Enviromental settings", "Day cycle".

So for example if it were daylight in SL..I could see how long till sunset, and if nightime.I could see what time of night,as watching the moon move overhead doesn't give you but a general idea of whether it is 11pm,12pm.1am...etc.

Sorry I didn't go more into detail...but thanks to all who gave suggestions . : )

I did make something that did roughly what Mac is asking for, although it wasn't a clock in the accepted sense. Just a box that you could click for a vague SL time. It didn't give times as much as 'time of day' descriptions such as "coming up to noon", "late in the evening" or "just after sunrise".

It was for my own amusement as much as anything, so it was never on sale. Next time I'm in-world I'll see if I still have it.
