I sell amongst other bits and bobs a range of coffee /come drinks dispensers, no great shakes just low priced items.I logged in today and had an IM from an a seller which stated that I was using their coke and would I remove it,oopps!!!! I checked the offending machine and checked the coke.It was copy/ no mod/ transfer/resell.I looked up at the description and sure enough it stated not to be resold.This was a genuine mistake,I throw in a few freebies to get the customer started and thought this was one as it came in a freebie box ages ago when I first started.I quickly apologized and explained to her that I had received it as a freebie also that I had removed it entirely from all items including SLX and onrez and my inventory.I replaced it with my own more lavish version (neon straws)which took all of 5 minutes and 5 prim to cobble.Trouble is, as i told her,I have sold plenty of this stuff and don't keep records for cheap items so there must be a lot out there.She is offline and not replied yet, can I do more? What else can I do? Will this be the end of it?

you're cool. these things happen. i bought some clothing textures last December and made some cute outfits. someone came along and said i had stolen their stuff, which i did not.
went searching, and lo and behold, quite similar. not exact, but close enough to be clothing sisters.... (i lost a lot of $$$ on that, AR'd the guy who sold me the textures. not sure what ever became of that but the name is no longer searchable, so i have a pretty good guess) i had sold a few outfits... but the person copied was just happy that i simply removed the products from my shelves. the end.
