Previously, I sold to myself first, and avoided the group split, preferring to pay my officers personally.
Is this normal or should I worry?

Karas Family Trust just sold one of our parcels that was not rented out to a neighbor on request. Checking the land and L$ tab shows an amount in individual share that would split the amount among all members. Checking permissions shows me that only myself and two other officers should split the sale. No one else has the accounting box checked.

You can fix it so that only you get the money, but you have to do it before it pays out.

I always sell the land back to myself before selling it for real, that way is just way less problematic. _____________________

Checking the land and L$ tab shows an amount in individual share that would split the amount among all members. .Just in case you haven't (from memory so might be a little bit off ):* open the group window * go to the Members tab * click on the Abilities tab * find the "Pay group liabilities and receive group dividends" ability and left-click it Anyone that shows up (or it's possible it only shows roles ) will receive a dividend. If it's set the way you want, you're all set, if it's showing people/roles that shouldn't be there, uncheck the ability under the Role tab. |

Kitty is correct, the Land and L$ tab doesn't display correctly. But the payout does work properly paying an equal share to only those with the liability option checked.

Thanks to all. Group permissions set correctly, so I guess it should go OK. Guess I'll find out sometime in the near future
