When I am walking and stop, I become stuck and unable to move again. I have to tp to another part of the region or to another region to be able to move. There must be a reasonable explanation and hopefully I can solve this issue.

Which version of the viewer are you using and what are your computer specs - memory, graphics card, etc...

I've been getting similar issues when flying while using the recent string of RC viewers...however, if I land, I can walk around normally.
Perhaps you can try flying or landing when stuck, and see if it helps?
(oh, and hold the button down a bit...I've found the response time to the movement keys to be a bit spotty at times)
