Alright, enlighten me how to get one in my sim please!!!

They stopped the placing of additional terminals a while ago so I don't think you can request placement any more. Eventually I believe they are working towards making your lindens in your SL account more easily accessible on the Xstreet website so the experience is seamless.

You can request one. I did. I just don't know when or if the terminal will actually be placed.

You have to submit a support ticket. Submit it with the subject XStreetSL/Move My Terminal. Include your name, the location you want the terminal, and tell them you will send a group invite to XStreetTerminal Bigwig (I think that's the right name).

Once you've given them all the information they ask for, you'll be "placed in the queue". That's where I am now.

[Note that NONE of this is anywhere on the website. If you manage to find the deeply buried list of current terminals, there's a link at the bottom, "Request a Terminal", that takes you to the Help Portal, with NO further instructions.]

I actually saw the request terminal link but I thought it was just something that was antiquated as the support option only allows for moving a terminal I believe. However, I just found this little tidbit from Pink Linden buried in the archived xstreet forums:

How soon can we expect either the reopening of terminal placement requests or the finalization of the XstreetSL and SL account balance merges?

Terminal placements have been reopened--I've instructed Patsy and her team to fulfill requests for NEW terminals (not moves). The only moves allowed right now are into Zindra. There's a backlog, but we'll get to them. Unfortunately, the terminal request page disappeared in this release, (ouch) but we're adding a category to the support ticket queue for requests. I'll announce that on the boards when it's ready (within days)

Merged accounts. After the infrastructure changes described in the announcement, this is the highest priority for our development teams. Current Target is end of year, but until I have more confidence in the date, I don't have much more to share about this. We'll be in a position to talk more about this probably by late October/early November.

in my expectation, never... that would be "finish what you started" and that simply does't go with the tao.
