my un-used land tier

I currently have 1024 of un-used land tier.. It seems like a waste paying for it and not using it it.. Is there and kind of exchange/service to use to rent the teir to somebody and make some extra L$ in the process? (ok I like using the smilies )

her and elanthius flagstaff are the same business, and i actually bought from elanthius, but either works (He was online, she was not) and they charge .25 L$/m/week, and when you sell them your tier they pay .15/m/week. I paid 1024 L$ for four weeks of 1024m

I rent tier to Skye and Elanthius. It has gone very smoothly. I get paid every Tuesday, without problem. They pay me L$0.15 per square meter that I rent to them.

If I wanted to rent tier FROM them (which I probably will at some point, rather than up my tier with LL when I buy more land, I believe I would have to pay L$0.25 per square meter.

It's a good little business they've got going, and I have no complaints, nor have I heard any complaints. I have worked mostly with Skye.

I've done some dealings with Elanthius pertaining to land sales, and now have rented tier from them as well. Absolutely smooth, simple, no real risk far as I can tell, they have a rather large amount of tier available to donate so they should be more than fine forever lol.

And yeppers, renting from them is L$0.25 per meter per week.

Also, if you're a good customer (Pay on time and whatnot) often Elanthius and Skye will be willing to work with you to figure out a payment method that works for you, whether it is more this month and less next or w/e, they generally are really good people when it comes to their business. They know what they are doing and how to do it to satisfy themselves and their customers.

still not sure how it works though, so do they deed specific land to the group and you get rights in the group to use that land, or is the land deeded to your own group, via them?

I will prolly end up upping my tier or making an alt or get hubby to go back to premium for the extra land

You the tier renter make a group, they donate tier to your group
then you can buy more land without increasing your cost to LL

if want to SELL your tier

you join thier group and donate it to them, and they pay you.


the best part is, you can make a group as a NO PAYMENT INFO ON FILE person, rent tier from them CHEAPER then LL rents it and 'buy land for group' without being premium member on mainland.


the 'cheapest' way to own land on mainland, pay 1024L for tier, and have no other monthly fee's no premium membership etc.... 1024L is about 3.50USD and forget all about that 9.95$ premium user fee
