Where is my Classified?

Well, I am confused and a bit disappointed. I put some land up for sale as a classified 2 weeks ago. I wrote a fairly throrough description and put in relevant keywords. The first thing I noticed was when placing a classified, there are 9 categories to choose, such as Shopping and New Products. But these are not tabs found in the SL search.

Anyway, the first week I placed the ad, I paid 300L$. This last week I think I paid 100L$. Unless I type into search the name of the land, as it appears at the top of the screen when I am on the parcel, I cannot find my classified. So as far as I can tell, nobody has or will ever see it, which might be why there has been almost zero traffic.

I notice also in search that there are prices for Land for Sale but when making a classified, I don't even see where that information would go.

I just opened my first shop yesterday and I want to advertise that as well but now I am afraid to post something if nobody will see it.

I tried searching here but didn't find any answers. Can anyone give me some idea what I need to do and where I need to place ads so they can be seen? I don't care so much about top of list, But it seems in general search, everything is alphabetized anyway. I must be in the wrong place.

And any ideas will also help me place a more effective ad for my shop too.

shops yes, but land... I am not so sure.

From a perspective of 1 SL resident, I don't use classifieds if I was to buy a lot. Have you contacted the neighbors of your plot to see if they would like to buy it? Maybe on the other side of the same sim, someone may be interested in prim land.

Land Search (including the price of the land) is created by placing your land for sale. Classfieds are just ANOTHER method of listing your land.

You don't have to place a classified for your land to end up in land for sale search (including being flagged in yellow on the map when the box is checked).
