I seem to have two Linden $ accounts. How can this make sense? I have always logged in the same, but sometimes my balance says one thing, and others another. Any thoughts?

Do you have L$ in XStreetSL, which is the online shopping section of Linden Lab? If so, you probably have a different balance there than inworld.

I'll second Oryx. If you go under shopping from the website, it takes you to XStreet, which is technically a separate entity from Second Life.

The reason for this was that XStreet was once owned by a third party, but LL bought them out. There is talk of combining the two balances "soon."

Also, if you've been logging onto the Beta grid (aditi) it will show a different balance than what is actually in your 'true' agni account.
