That is was wandering around the grid and noticed a new alternative viewer with a ending tag if you want to call it that said ( nolife )
ie: like emerald users says ( emerald )
Anybody seen heard of this viewer ?

Its not a new viewer, its someone playing with the code to change it to reflect what they want it to say. I booted & banned a guy last night with that for basically being a complete asshat.

This wasn't like a titler or anything above there head this was attached to there name bubble if you want to call it that
example (Emerald) Mischievious Jinx If you are using a Emerald client you see that other people are using it but there said Mischievious Jinx (No Life ) Not above the name but on the right hand side in the same context line as the name will look at the texture code posted before just commenting before giving it a try *** edit *** Okay i have found the xml code in the folder but wondering what needs to be modifed for the change |

If you use the Emerald viewer, it puts its name as an ad, above your head, just after your avatar name? I don't like the sound of that.

yeah well above his head it didn't say ( Emerald ) or any other tag just had his name and then at the end of his name was the ( no life )
Talked to one of the other fourm posters in world she did bann the same " avatar " for lack of more colorful words from what i understand he has a viewer with grief tools and is very annoying might be a understatement |

Hmm, I really don't like other people knowing which client I use. Why not? Because some could possibly use that info to know what I can or cannot see for example, when trying to police my land.
And also just because. Lol. |

Emerald users see other Emerald users with that tag behind their name, and also see their name and group title in green. Kinda double. Any way to turn either one off?

Usually it must be worn on the face (upper most part of the skin) Hmm, I really don't like other people knowing which client I use. If you turn off the "clothing protection" feature then it won't be detected that way. However, some are starting to use other methods to try to detect the brand of client, such as Emerald sending the IM's to everyone to try to determine if it's CryoLife. You might also give yourself away using other features like the rainbow beams or various IM auto-responses _____________________
