This is something that was sent to me through a group. They sell specialized animations (read erotic girl only animations for 1 to 4 at a time) and often have events where live models will display the wares. If I am reading this right, they are not adult enough to be moved to Zindra but too adult to stay on the mainland. Didn't you just know this was going to happen?

Hello, I am not agree to pay any further tier, if I dont receive an acceptable land at Zindra as I asked, because your company and staff always deceive and violate the TOS and make all possible barriers so this game is not playable anymore!! Your staff is NOT ABLE to move my place to Zindra because can't offer me an acceptable sim in exchange for my sim i bought for 800,000L$ on mainland... i am waiting for 3rd month and pay tier for nothing!! It's a pure extortion because your staff threating me my account will be suspended for deliquency!!! But you not serve me in accordance with your own TOS!!! Easy way how to steal money from peaople!!! Even more my place is filtered and not shown in search even you staff sent me an e-mail which says:

It has come to our attention that your parcel or classified contains adult keywords or has been categorized as Adult, but that it is not currently located on adult land. According to our recent changes in regard to adult content, adult content must be moved to Zindra.
Please note that once the free relocation to Zindra has completed, parcels or classifieds that contain adult search terms but are not located in adult land will no longer be visible in PG or Mature searches in the All tab. As soon as possible, please update your Classifieds or Show in Search listings so that the maturity level of the keywords matches the maturity level of the parcel. You will also need to choose a category other than Adult for your parcel, as this category has been replaced by the Adult maturity. This will allow your listings to show up properly in search.

If your parcel has commercialized adult content or services, you are entitled to land equivalent to your existing parcel(s) on Zindra -- at no charge -- if your request is received by this Friday, July 24.

After July 24, we will no longer accept any new requests for the free relocation to Zindra but will continue to process any requests that are still pending. If you have already submitted a Zindra migration request, please disregard this notice.

I meet those conditions, but my place disappeared from search anyway.

I consider your company absolutelly untrustable anymore because its fraudulend activities and its staff lies and deceive all the time.

If I dont receive a land at Zindra within exactly one week from today (until Sept 26th 2009), no furter tier will be paid and i will file an action at court against Linden Labs for refund of all my expenses and loses caused by your fraudulent activities.

This ticket will ba also added to my complaint I filed on Linden Labs for fraud attempt at INTERNET CRIME COMPLAIT CENTER (IC3) on 06/28/2009

Maybe they missed the boat. It was easy to get moved to Zindra if you applied when you were supposed to. Probably more to the story than is being shown.

I take it as meaning they didn't apply for the land swop back in June/July, when all the rest of us did. Or, on re-reading it, perhaps that the merchant did apply and has been made an offer (or offers) of Zindra land but has turned it down because she or he doesn't like it, for whatever reason.

Reads to me like English isn't the first language of the merchant, a point oft raised.

That's what I got out of it too. Sounds like they're getting all pissy because it may not have the same view, or landscape, or whatever.

Actually, i was denied twice. due to unnaughtiness. i do need the land for tenants, but was directed to the auctions.

i was denied because we, as a rental group, did not have anything racey in search. sadly, it is my fault. i kept everyone informed. we made sure we kept our stores in the "mature" search. so well, that we were denied even a small swap(2700m).

so it could have happened to the creator of the NC also.

and to add insult to injury, there is a real posabilety that someone files an AR to a place that was denied before and makes it stick to the G-team member that has 15 minutes to look it over and make a judgement call.

Perhaps but during the discussions with Linden Lab we asked if they were making these changes clear to people who didn't have English as a first language.

ya it sounds like they either missed the swap deadline or they had matured down to meet what they thought were current rules at the time..

A lot of people matured down before the 15th of September thinking they had to because you couldn't fina a word about September 15th deadline anywhere until the day they put it under the login line when you logged in that day..

Also because LL went and switched to CS before the swaps were over and tossed in a confusing set of definitions by using this silly movie rating system..

I don't know how those definitions sound in other languages but i do know it took a bit to understand them in English..

all i could say when i finally understood them was..wow are they gonna profit from this confusing stuff..

people buying zindra land that didn't need to thinking they were adult and people getting turned down because they matured down cause of the CS change and a lot of other stuff..

i really hope this persons lawyer does some good for them..there are too many situations going on that are costing good paying customers a lot of money..
