• Private Island pricing will be 1000 US with a $295 monthly tier.
• Mainland will be open bids at 1250US with a $195 monthly tier.
• Open sims, in play still don’t fully grasp that
• 10 new mainland sims at auction every day, you still need a premium account to own mainland.
• Premium accounts have stagnant growth. More supply with no growth ,hmmm Phil can’t be that out of it. Anyone still think mainland prices are not going to be reduced?

So, share with me what you think is going to happen? If my assumptions are wrong at least I’ll get to know that.

Actually, mainland sim auction prices will be starting at US$750.

Is the only way to buy a mainland sim through LL is at auction?

It's the only way to get a brand new mainland sim.

You can, of course, buy/sell land with other residents. Either buying a while sim from somebody who has one to sell or buying bits and pieces from various residents until you own the whole place.
