AR turnaround degradation

A couple of weeks ago, after a blog post announcing a reoganisation of the AR teams, handling of ARs speeded up significantly.

I don't do a lot of these, but the one I issued back then got handled within 1-3 days.

Now it seems things have gotten to sleep again. A friend of mine (not concierge level) has issues a parcel encroachment AR which is open since 2 weeks.

I haven't tried putting in a subject like "LOLITA GANGBANG ORGY" to check if that would wake up someone ... Am I the only one with the impression that resolution of minor ARs starts to get delayed again?

I think mine just get tossed into the trash these days .

Open ARs:
September 8th
August 19th
August 12th

Last one I filed that got looked at:
Filed - February 21st
Resolved - May 21st

For parcel encroachment, just put in a support ticket. That's about the only thing that will work.

I've got a couple of parcel encroachment and persistent prim littering ARs that have been open for over three months. Don't really expect them to be 'resolved' at all now. Not sure why I ever did.

For fun some weeks ago I didn't raise a parcel encroachment AR but directly via chat (I was concierge-level at that time). Guess what, the thing was gone within a few minutes.

Looks like the channels open to mere mortals are clogged again ...

The G-Team handles AR tickets in order of urgency. They have been so busy with all the sim crashing and really, really bad indecency stuff out there that they barely have time to breathe. Not to excuse LL for not hiring enough of them, however, but the existing team is way over extended and you won't see the minor offences handled quickly.
