I found it added to my account when I logged in today, 18 months after joining SL as a basic member and now in my 2nd year paying for premium, which I started doing in Feb 2008.

it happened to me before, I actually opened a ticket cause I wanted to make sure it was ok to spend it. They said I could spend it, but didn't tell me where it came from.
Later I found out that it was most likely for having completed one of those many page surveys, still not sure tho

I recieved a bonus once for the fact that I 'refered' somebody that later signed up for premium membership. Not sure if they mentioned my name upon the intitial signup or when they did the premium sign up. Anyway the rule was they had to have been premium for a year and when that date hit I began getting Lindens..... for 3 weeks straight I believe, never saying what it was exactly for. I split it with the person that mentioned me as referring them and we had a great shopping evening.
