Can't sit anymore? :(

Since late yesterday it seems i am not able to sit anymore on either
which object, unless it has sittinganimations in it. Before that, i could
sit on almost everything with rightclick => sit, like everyone else.

Now others simple rightclick sit, and they sit. For me it is not
working anymore. Anyone has ANY clue how i can solve this? Thanks!!

I'm guessing you have tried a re-log since...hoped it helped.

Otherwise, have you added any new AO's or other items that require your permission to animate/move you?

Relog, clear cache, reboot, repeat.

What exactly happens when you try to sit? Do you get a "no room here to sit" message? Does you av just ignore instructions? Does it move the the place where it's supposed to sit but remain standing?

Try rezzing a box and sitting on that. If you cannot sit on a box, make sure you have no AOs on. Can you sit on plain land?

I get the no suitable place to sit message. Strangly, all others can sit on that places tho
My AV doesnt even move to the place, just nothing is happening. While i could sit on that places before untill yesterday.

@ Snowman: Rezzing a box and sit on it is not working. I even tried it naked

I get this problem on a lot of prims. Try targeting a slightly different place, or stand a little closer. That works sometimes.

And well... thats how it worked for me before. Now i am doomed to poseballs only
And i love to sit when im talking with someone even when there are no poseballs around.
Will find a solution, only dunno when

ReFa, do you have "select only my objects" checked under "tools?" I know I sometimes forget, and leave this setting on, and it makes it difficult or impossible to do certain things. I can't remember now whether it messed up sitting, too.

Oooo, great thought, I often use that too (from playing Primtionary, easier to pick up my prims) and have been frustrated not being able to sit where I have before or where others are...

Another possible suggestion, sometimes it helps to click on the front of where you want to sit instead of the top I have found, maybe trying it differently will help?
