Caledon is the first place that comes to my mind, with spectacular Victorian scenes in drifting snow...

Livingtree: check out the moon on the east side of the island, framed by the bay an the rock outcropping. Especially nice in Windlight.

Take a look around my island, Asim Zahra. I am biased, of course, but I think there are some lovely areas at night. Look for the statue named Passion. That might be a nice destination.

Fleur sim has some beautiful wintry landscape that extends to the water.
