Bald cap/eyelash color issue...help!

I have some favorite skins (unmodifiable) that when worn with certain "bald caps"...present my avatar's eyelashes as blonde! This is particularly noticable with those that come from Alady's "20 eyebrow shape assortment". I wonder why different bald caps would even have anything to do eyelash color.

On the other hand...I have some older bald caps, that when worn with the same skin...are uneffected, and present my avi's eyelashes as black...which i desperately desire them to do.

I have lots of fun changing shapes of eyebrows...but this eyelash coloring issue is really putting a damper on things....

First of....you don't have to actually change bald caps.....once you have one on you like....don't mess with it. Also..... eyebrows can be modified anyway with most caps (the eyebrow portion of the skin is often painted on the bald cap to allow eyebrow options....you'll notice some skins include different brow options...these are done with bald caps)

But....bottom line....you can adjust brows in most cases by using the sliders in edit, under hair....eyebrows...... it's pretty simple......you can adjust shape and often color tones. As long as the bald cap has an alpha/gray layer....it's pretty easy to fix eyebrows. Lashes....well they should be the same black lashes since the default avatar lash is black. It's more fun to use prim lashes tho.....and just set your lashes to '0' lengthe under the shape sliders....under eyes.
