PSA: Getting into Second Life Support

I'm an URL typer. I actually type "secondlife.com" whenever I need to check my account. Whenever I need to submit a support ticket, I always type "support.secondlife.com". Unfortunately, for the past week, going to that url bypasses the support login screen and places you at the support site with no concierge support (if you're a concierge member) and no way to look at your support ticket history. This has been a maddening problem for me, but I discovered that if I click the Support link at the top of the main secondlife.com page, that actually goes to a different URL: http://secondlife.com/support/

So, assuming you don't get a buncha 503 errors, from now on it looks like secondlife.com/support is the way to go.
