Hello. I downloaded Second Life recently. I downloaded the Dazzle version (1-19-0-82745) and was expecting to see Windlight included. I also downloaded the regular version (1-19-0-5) and still no windlight.

Graphics card is Geforce 7600GT 256mb card.
Processor - AMD 5600x2
2GB 800mhz memory

Can someone please help me out so I can enjoy Windlight?

Thanks

Lucky you: There's just one version you haven't downloaded, the Release Candidate, which is the one you want. :p They've incorporated WindLight into the RC now--which is really good news, in that it means the next "real" release will include it for everyone, so there won't be two parallel rendering approaches to keep maintaining. The RC is downloaded from http://secondlife.com/community/downloads-optional.php.

Much like what Qie said. "Windlight" in now aavailable in the "Release Client," located on the optional downloads page. It's not avalable in the regular client yet (I suspect it will be Very Soon Now), and is not part of the "Dazzle" beta yet (but probably will be when Windlight goes to the regular client).
